The RF-3103F type electron tube is a cermet coaxial structure, helium-tungsten cathode, medium power forced air-cooled triode. The maximum operating frequency is 120MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 12kW, and the maximum output power is 33kW. Mainly used for industrial high-frequency heating, pulse oscillators and so on. It can be used interchangeably with the ITL12-1 electron tube produced in France and the 3CX10000D3 electron tube produced in the United States.V
